I believe there is greatness inside of me.

I believe I was born for a great purpose, to make this world a better place and to change the narrative of my team, workplace, community and family.

I believe my mental health is of the utmost importance.

I believe that each person I come into contact with is also a miracle and I can either deposit into their lives or I can subtract.

I believe my character is who I am when no one is looking.

Therefore, from this day forward I will strive daily to check-in with myself and ask for help if it is needed. I will not struggle alone.

I will hold that same sacred space for others as they journey along this thing we call life.

I will do work to have good love for myself, and I will show that same love to others.

I will run to trouble instead of away from trouble. I will be the king, queen, royalty I was made to be in every situation and when I am not, I will make it right.

I will change the narrative daily in my own life, and in the lives of others.

I accept the challenge of changing the narrative each day, month, and year for myself, my family, and the lives of others.
