Changing the Narrative
Virtual Training

Many of us are just existing. We know there is more, but we just aren’t sure how to get there. Changing the Narrative addresses what is means to find your purpose, your very own Changing the Narrative, and set the world on fire with your passion and good deeds. In a world where we are inundated with negative news Rachel gives us the power and permission to change the narrative for good. And so much of that starts within, taking a deep dive on mental health, self-love, dating in an honorable way and being able to finally look ourselves in the mirror and be proud of the person staring back at you. It is a literal invitation to go higher, to live deeper, to breath rarified air.

Changing the Narrative is for ages 7 to 85. This message resonates with people of all ages. Rachel has multiple courses to correspond to where you are in life, from courses aimed at high school KINGS and QUEENS to courses for grade schoolers and parents, you will find what you have been seeking with this training.

The movement, #ChangingtheNarrative was started in 2016. Since August of 2016, Rachel has visited 38 schools, and counting, talking to young athletes about being Kings and Queens through purpose, passion and platform; and on a deeper level how we look at/respect women in society as a whole, and within their universities. The movement has caught fire with millions of social-media hits, spawning a collaboration with the NCAA to present the #ChangingtheNarrative award and a non-profit to affect more change.

Now Changing the Narrative is a Virtual Training Platform, available to you 24/7. Rachel’s mission is to spread the message as widely as possible and change the future of young kids and adults alike one person at a time!

About Rachel Baribeau

About Rachel Baribeau

As the first known female sports reporter to participate in a professional football training camp, her pursuit of delivering an authentic account to her fans is relentless. Ms. Baribeau is a graduate of the Auburn University Broadcast Journalism program and as a master of her craft, she’s delivered insightful commentary to millions of sports enthusiasts via national broadcasters such as Fox Sports, ESPN, CBS Sports, Yahoo, and SiriusXM.

Captivating, her various posts include roles such as Sports Editor, Sports Radio Talk Show Host, Sideline Reporter, Internet Anchor, Field Reporter and Host of the College Football Playoff National Championship. Rachel’s ability to “transcend layers and pull out the real story” is actively sought after in covering the SEC, NFL, and NASCAR, among other notable championship games and Fortune 500 appearances.

As the South’s sweetheart of sports, Ms. Baribeau has been dubbed an “SEC-ologist” as she has covered the SEC, and college football, for over ten years. In fall of 2015, she was bestowed a Heisman vote by the Heisman Trust. She was the first female host on SiriusXM ESPNU. She can also be heard on ESPNU, SEC and ACC channels in the SiriusXM family of Networks. Outside of work, Ms. Baribeau may put down the microphone but chooses to pick up a megaphone and rally others for the causes in her community. In April of 2014, she organized a climb up Kilimanjaro for former NFL, and Alabama, fullback Kevin Turner, who suffers from ALS. The climb was later turned into a movie narrated by Mike Ditka.
